  • 1 bunch of fresh asparagus, tough ends trimmed
  • Thinly sliced Ben's Best prosciutto
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon zest (optional)

  2. Take a slice of prosciutto and cut it in half lengthwise so you have two long strips.

  3. Take one strip of prosciutto and wrap it around an asparagus spear diagonally, starting from the bottom and working your way up to the tip. Repeat with the other half of prosciutto and more asparagus spears.
